Post-Natal Pilates with Lorraine @ Otter Room
Mar 21 @ 10:00 am – 10:45 am
Post-Natal Pilates with Lorraine @ Otter Room

Our Post-Natal Pilates classes are aimed at new mums who’d like to come to a class, but don’t have the childcare to allow them to.

Pre-crawling babies are welcome in this relaxed class, that allows you space and time to feed/change baby and dip in & out of exercises at your own pace.

No experience in Pilates is needed and in fact, this class is ideal for beginners looking to rediscover that mind-body connection with their deeper core muscles and re-connect with their bodies. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other new mums with babies of a similar age!

Class numbers are limited, to ensure each person is given the attention they deserve.

If you would like more information or a chat before booking don’t hesitate to email lorraine@realisticpilateslorraine.com

Or message – 07949 604 940

If you’d prefer 1-1 sessions first, then this can be arranged.

Realistic Pilates With Lorraine @ Otter Room
Mar 21 @ 11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Realistic Pilates is a gentle and easy form of exercise; however its combination of strengthening and mobility moves can create a very intense and highly beneficial workout.

High fitness levels or great suppleness are not a necessary pre-requisite for Pilates.

In fact, Realistic Pilates enhances both of these conditions, whilst strengthening the ‘core muscles’ within the torso.

Realistic Pilates also develops breathing control, co-ordination and stability of the body, changing muscle lengths, relaxing and re-balancing the body.

My class will allow you to progress as the weeks go on and help to change your body. A beginners block may be required prior to starting at The Larick.
