The Larick Centre’s vision is to serve the whole community of Tayport and surrounding areas. The centre provides a range of services but we are keen to ensure these are always accessible, affordable and engaging for everyone. That’s why we would like to gather the views of current users and people who have not visited us before, to help us to improve all the time.

The survey is anonymous and confidential and individual responses will not be shared with the Larick Staff. The survey will take roughly 5-10 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey there is the option to enter a prize draw to win a £50 voucher for the Larick Cafe.
