Time for us as women today
In response to the delay of the opening of the Larick centre in Tayport tayportct.org.uk/communityhub/, due to the current world situation, Jane and Marion would like to offer the classes they had planned to run at the centre as an online series of 4 free 1 hour sessions instead. All you need to join is a phone, ipad or computer.
When: 4 Consecutive Wednesdays from Wed 8th April
Where: In the comfort of your own home
These classes offer us an amazing opportunity to come together and appreciate ourselves and our lives and share with each other from this appreciation.
The classes will include meditation and relaxation techniques as we explore topics such as
Relaxation: How to keep life light and stress free?
Restore: How do we go about this for our body and mind?
Rejuvenate: How can we support ourselves through our daily routines
Are we ‘doing’ or ‘being’ in our every day? Which one of these activities makes us tired, irritable, frustrated, angry etc!!!! Which one restores, rejuvenates and offers us a space to relax deeply.
And who are we inspired by and who might we be inspiring as we live in an ever-changing world?
A lot for us to explore as we go deeper in our connection with ourselves and each other.
Over 18's only and as spaces are limited, booking is essential. For more information or to reserve your place on the series please email Jane at email@example.com
With warmest wishes

"With considerable regret, Tayport Community Trust Board has decided to postpone the Larick Centre opening ceremony and celebrations planned for 27-29 March, due to the coronavirus outbreak. As a community-based organisation, whose prime aim and responsibility is the well-being and quality of life of the community, we felt that we could not go ahead with our opening events because of these health concerns.
Rest assured that once the pandemic is passed, we will certainly be celebrating our wonderful new community resource." ... See MoreSee Less
