Tayport Community Hub - The Business Provision
Please note, the following items make up our aspirations for the development. Time, Capital Funding, and Business Planning will determine the development order and timescale for these.
We want this site to be self-supporting financially. Attracting business owners and potential start-up businesses to trade from the site, will bring a steady income stream to the Hub and also additional benefits to the wider Tayport community. It will encourage entrepreneurialism, and support existing businesses and trades. Through the many opportunities made available, we will be able to create employment, training and employability skills for local people.
A venue that can be made large or small to accommodate a range of business gatherings, bringing interest and investment into the area.
Retail Units for lease
Offering space for shops, or start-up businesses, at affordable rents.
Offices space for lease
Office area, and "hot-desk" facilities, for a range of businesses. This will also include 'supported' hot-desk facilities through which we can help people getting started in business.
External Catering Service
Utilising the training kitchen, catering can be provided on a large scale both for conferences on site, but also for external events.
