37 Hours per week. £16,000 - £19,000pa

We are looking for a highly motivated person to manage a team running the Harbour Café, Tayport, which is a community social enterprise. The café is open 7 days a week. The applicant must be flexible with respect to working hours.

As the Café Manager you need to be commercially aware, with the presence to influence the day-to-day business, maximise the performance of your team, lead by example and set high standards.

The organisational and planning skills required to run the café successfully, will also be needed to deliver community projects.

Experience in working with volunteers in general, and children and vulnerable adults in particular, is highly desirable; as is experience in working with third sector organisations.

Previous supervisory experience and commercial skills are a must. You will be motivated to deliver consistent high standards of food and service quality with a friendly and approachable manner and a "can do" attitude.
